By rail: we are conveniently placed for rail travellers with Friars House being a 5 minute walk from the station.
Pedestrian directions from Coventry Train station: exit Station Square heading towards Eaton House (tower block with blue windows) and take the underpass for city centre. Keep to the right and take the pathway over the ring road. Again, keep to the right and take the underpass, exiting to the right. Friars House (tower block) is now immediately on your left.
Driving: we have no car parking at Friars House. Manor House Drive is on junction 6 of the Coventry ring road, and maps showing Coventry city centre, the ring road and all the public city centre car parks can be found within Information at Visit Coventry. Please remember that all city centre car parks are chargeable and can fill-up quickly.
Pedestrian directions from car parks: find junction 6 of the ring road on the car park map, and you should see Warwick Road, New Union Street and Manor House Drive. Friars House is at the bottom end of Manor House Drive nearest to and on the inside of the ring road. Landmark: 10 storey tower block with blue glazing - do not take the underpass to the train station.
Park & Ride: there are two park and ride bus services – one approaching from the south and the other from the north of the city. Details on this service are available from QIA’s Reception. Both inbound services stop in New Union Street which is very convenient for Friars House (refer to city centre map). The park and ride services run frequently between 7.45am and 6pm. The service is chargeable.
Motorcycles: we do have some on-site parking for motorcycles. For further advice, please contact QIA’s Reception on the switchboard number. Reception hours are 8.30am-5pm weekdays, excluding public holidays.
Friars House: please speak with Building Reception who will direct you to the 4th floor. All visitors to QIA should check-in with our 4th floor Reception.
